What is your shipping policy?
if your item(s) are in stock, they typically ships out within our TAT of 4 -10 business days. An email will be sent to you after you place your order with confirmation number. Once marked shipped, you will received another email with shipping information.
PRE-ORDER: Any item(s) that is listed a pre-order item, there's wait time of 4 - 6 weeks before shipping. This is the time needed for manufactures to make & ship order to us. Normal TAT may apply to process orders before shipping.
PRIORITY SHIPPING: Once marked shipped within our normal TAT time, package will be shipped 2 Day delivery via USPS. This shipping option is not an expedite order, TAT of 4 - 10 days is still considered.
Orders are not processed, or shipped out on weekends or Holidays. Any order placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed starting on the following week.
If wrong address is entered incorrectly, please make sure to send us an email ASAP so we can fix it before shipping your order. If the package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to resend your order. TAT will be delayed until we receive package and shipping payment.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by USPS.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Shipping price will be determined by weight. once marked shipped, there's a wait time of 7-21 business days to deliver VIA USPS. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any additional tax fees that may apply upon package arrival.
Any errors with inventory or we have to cancel an item that have sold out, a refund & cancellation of the order will be sent via email. Mistakes happens but we guaranteed we will handle it!
Refunds / Exchange/Cancels?
Our goal at StyleMeMomma is to make sure you LOVE your items. if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
We will only exchange an item if it was received damaged within 14 days of order. Please email us at Support@stylememomma.com, with your name, order number and a picture of the damage item, We will help you exchange your item.
For returns items: You will be responsible on purchasing return labels with your local post office. Please make sure to send us a detailed message with tracking information. Once we receive the package + review items, you will receive ONLY STORE CREDIT!
We are not accepting returns or exchanges due COVID-19.
IF YOU WILL LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, PLEASE REACH OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS! IF NOT REACHED BY TIME FRAME YOUR CANCELLATION WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED.
